It's that time again. Ladies and gentlemen, your challenge pairings. Here are the rules.

1) This is by no means mandatory. If you want to participate, great. If not, no big deal. This is just a way to get you guys mixing up the characters.

2) You have until the end of the month to get these up.

3) If you get at least six posts in your thread, (three each) at the end of the month, you will receive a banner.

4) If you post up a thread and your challenge partner does not answer, you get a banner at the end of the month for taking care of your business. lol

5) Have fun!! And remember, these are ironclad. There will be no switching, period.

6) Once you've posted your thread up for your challenge post, be sure to leave a comment here linking to your thread. The subject to your comment should be your character and your challenge partner.

SO! Now I am finally back. My laptop has been restored to its former glory and I can get the ball rolling once again. What does that mean for KSU?? I'm glad you asked.

First off! The big plot is coming to a close in three days. On the twenty-eighth of this month, all of those kidnapped will be found on the lawn of City Hall, crucified on upright wooden crosses. There will be a note attached to the cross in front, Nathaniel Graison, saying that the kidnapped were left this way because they are ungodly. Because they are freaks. Because they are abnormal. Needless to say, the kidnapped have been tortured. They've been poked, prodded, put though grueling scenarios with each other and now they're, well, crucified on a front lawn. In order to save their lives, all the magical/healing/supernatural type peoples will have to come together to save them, but they won't make it in time for Muriel, who sadly, will have succumbed to death before they could get to her.

Second! A check in email will be sent out very soon. I expect prompt answers to them and if you're staying, I'd really like to see more play in the comms. This, of course, goes for myself as well. If you choose not to stay, no worries, we won't hate your guts and you'll still be welcomed to join again if you feel you want to in the future.

Third! After the check ins have all come in, the next challenge pairings post will go up! Yay! Because we all love those, right? lol.

All in all, that's about it. I'll be doing adds at some point this weekend and then all will be caught up and accounted for.

Just recently, the mods removed 37 characters from the game due to drops. What does this mean for you? Well, plenty!!

First off, there is a large plot coming up for those of you who don't mind not playing one of your characters for a month. If you would like one of your kids to be put into that plot, feel free to respond in kind to this post.

Second, if your kid is in a dorm and has absolutely no roommates, feel free to tag here with which dorm you would like them to move to, if at all. This only applies to characters in the dorm with no dormmates.

Third, a check in will be coming up soon, so look out for that!! And also, there are now 37 immediate spots in the game. Feel free to fill those up!

All replies to this post are screened, so if you have someone you'd rather not play against, leave the player's name here and, during the pair up, we will make sure that you are not paired opposite one of their characters.

A dorm haul is coming soon, kiddies!! Please comment to this post with whether or not your kids are coming into the dorms, staying in the dorms or moving out of them. Anyone staying in the dorms will NOT be remaining in the same dorm room and you will not be choosing the dorm rooms you get put in. This is the fun of it.

If they are moving out of the dorms, please state what kind of housing they're going into and if it is more than one room, what the other rooms are used for. Keep in mind there are characters looking for roommates!

ATTENTION PLAYERS!!

There is a new rule in effect as of this evening. You are allowed a MAXIMUM of three OCs, making the character limit rise to eighteen instead of fifteen. If you'd rather fill these spots with three more canons, you are more than welcome. Or two canons and an OC, or even one canon and two OCs.

However, this comes with another rule. There will be no repeating faces in OCs. While there may be repeating faces in canon, there will be none among the OCs. They can share faces with canons, but not with each other. Once a PB has been used for an OC, it cannot be used for another OC.

OCs can be related to fandom or just be a Kansas City resident. Its completely up to you. Feel free to have fun, but be warned, we will be looking at OC apps a lot more closely and all four of us have to approve it before you get in.
